What the numbers tell you to change

Written as answers, not as a list of markers.

  • Whether low ferritin is behind the flat sessions
  • Testosterone-to-cortisol: recovered, or overreaching
  • How much inflammation a heavy block has left behind
  • Vitamin D, B12 and magnesium — the quiet limiters
  • Liver and kidney load from training and supplements
One marker, colour-coded, with its plain-English line underneath.
I track my markers every quarter. Vitall Check is the first one that actually tells me what to do with the numbers.

Questions people ask before they buy

All closed on arrival. Open only what worries you.

When in my training week should I test?

A rest day or an easy day, before training, first thing. Testing straight after a hard session skews inflammation and muscle markers upward.

Fasted or not?

Fasted, first thing, water only. Cholesterol and glucose are read against fasted ranges, and a fed sample makes them hard to interpret.

Will this flag anything on a doping panel?

No. This is a health screen, not an anti-doping test, and we don't report to any sporting body. It tests your own markers for your own use.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. It's a wellness screen that shows where your markers sit and which ones a clinician should look at.
