Vitall Check is a UK-based at-home blood testing service that provides plain-English interpretation of your biomarker results, alongside personalised lifestyle and educational content. Our service uses UKAS-accredited UK partner laboratories to process samples to the same diagnostic standards used by the NHS.

• Vitall Check is not a clinic and is not a substitute for clinical care from a registered GP, hospital, or other healthcare provider.
• Our interpretations are educational and lifestyle-focused, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Our content is not personalised medical advice. It is general information designed to help you understand your data and have better conversations with healthcare professionals.
• We do not prescribe medication, diagnose conditions, or replace clinical judgement.

When to consult a GP

• Any result outside the reference range
• Any symptom that concerns you, regardless of your test results
• Before making significant changes to medication, diet, or exercise based on test results
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a chronic condition
• Before stopping or starting any prescription medication

Reference ranges

The reference ranges shown alongside your results describe the typical span of values seen in large, healthy populations. A result inside the range does not automatically mean "healthy"; a result outside the range does not automatically mean "unwell". Individual context, symptoms, medication, and medical history all matter for interpretation, which is why we always recommend discussing out-of-range results with a registered GP.
