How does Vitall Check’s home blood testing service work?
Vitall Check offers convenient at-home blood testing kits designed for comprehensive health and fitness monitoring. After ordering your chosen test online, you’ll receive a discreet package with all the necessary tools and clear instructions. Perform a quick finger-prick at home, place your sample in the provided tube, and send it to our accredited UK laboratory using the prepaid envelope. The lab activates your kit automatically upon receipt, and your secure results are delivered for easy review and tracking.
Do you offer subscription packages or just single tests?
Currently, we offer individual tests that you can order at any time. We’re also planning to launch monthly subscription packages soon, ideal for monitoring your health, wellness, or fitness levels regularly. Stay tuned or sign up for our newsletter to be notified about updates.
Can I purchase a Vitall Check test as a gift for someone else?
Yes. You can purchase our test kits as gifts. The recipient will receive the kit, and once they’ve provided their consent and returned their sample, the kit will be activated automatically so they can securely view their results online.
Can businesses like gyms, pharmacies, or clinics partner with Vitall Check?

What happens if I order the wrong test or want to exchange my test kit?
If your kit is unopened and unused, our customer support team can often arrange an exchange or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to explore your options. For health and safety reasons, opened or used kits cannot be returned or exchanged.
SAMPLE COLLECTION & SENDING YOUR SAMPLE
What if my blood sample isn’t collected properly?
In rare cases where the sample volume is insufficient or a biomarker cannot be accurately tested, we will automatically send you your first replacement kit at no cost. Thereafter, we will charge £30 for replacement kits if you provide an unusable sample. Each kit contains detailed instructions, user-friendly lancets, and best-practice guidelines to help ensure you collect an adequate sample.
How do I ensure a successful finger-prick blood sample?
For the best sample quality, stay well-hydrated, gently warm your hands (using warm water or by rubbing them together), and keep your arm below heart level to boost circulation. Follow the step-by-step instructions in your kit carefully to achieve a clean, usable sample.
Can I track my blood sample after posting it?
Yes. Every kit comes with a Royal Mail tracking reference so you can monitor your sample’s journey from the moment you post it until it reaches our laboratory.

When will I receive my results?
You can typically expect to see your results on your secure online dashboard within 2–4 days of our partner lab receiving your sample. (Please note that if you post your sample on a Friday or bank holiday, processing may occur on the next working day.)
