1. SCOPE AND APPLICATION

This Delivery Policy applies to all blood testing kits and associated materials purchased from Vitall Check ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you ("Customer", "you") agree to the terms set out in this Policy.


2. DELIVERY OF TESTING KITS

2.1 Geographic Coverage

We currently deliver blood testing kits to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or international destinations.

2.2 Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: We charge a standard delivery fee on orders under £100. The delivery fee payable will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
  • Free Delivery: Available on all orders with a total value of £100 or more (before any discount codes are applied).

2.3 Order Processing, Dispatch, and Timeframe

  • Kits are typically dispatched via Royal Mail within 24 hours of ordering (Monday to Friday) (excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Dispatch times may vary due to stock availability and order volume.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier strikes, adverse weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

2.4 Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your Royal Mail tracking number (where tracking is available).
  • A link to track your parcel online via the Royal Mail website (where applicable).

You are responsible for monitoring any tracking information provided and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided.

2.5 Address Accuracy

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for non-delivery, loss, or delay resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay an additional delivery charge for re-dispatch.


3. NON-DELIVERY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE

3.1 Lost or Stolen Parcels

If your kit is lost or appears not to have arrived, please:

  1. Check your delivery confirmation/tracking (if provided) and any safe place noted by Royal Mail.
  2. Check with neighbours or building reception/concierge (if applicable).
  3. Allow a reasonable period for delivery delays, as postal networks can experience disruption.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact our customer support team at support@vitallcheck.co.uk with your order number and delivery address. We will investigate with Royal Mail and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement kit or other remedy in line with this Policy and our Refund Policy.

3.2 Damaged Kits

If your testing kit arrives damaged or the contents are compromised (e.g., broken lancets, unsealed collection tubes), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. If the damage is verified, we will arrange for a replacement kit to be sent at no charge.


4. REPLACEMENT KITS

If you require a replacement kit due to user error, sample rejection by the laboratory, or any reason other than transit damage or non-delivery:

  • First Replacement Kit: Provided free of charge.
  • Second Replacement Kit: Subject to a £40 fee. You will receive a payment link via email to complete the transaction before dispatch.

Replacement kits are subject to the same delivery terms outlined in Section 2.


5. RETURN OF SAMPLE AND DELIVERY OF TEST RESULTS

5.1 Returning Your Sample (Pre-Paid Envelope)

Your kit includes a pre-paid return envelope. You must use this pre-paid envelope to return your samples and follow the instructions included in your kit to help protect sample integrity. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by using alternative packaging or postage methods.

5.2 Laboratory Processing Time

Results are usually available within 48 hours of your sample arriving at the lab (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Processing times may vary depending on sample quality, test type, and laboratory capacity.

5.3 Digital Delivery

Test results, including your personalised Insight Report and health action plan, will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with your account. You will receive an email notification when your results are ready to view via our secure online portal.

5.4 No Physical Results

We do not provide printed or posted copies of test results. All reports are delivered digitally only.


6. FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Industrial action or labour disputes.
  • Severe weather conditions.
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies.
  • Failures in postal or courier networks.
  • Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest.

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and provide alternative solutions where possible.


7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By placing an order with Vitall Check, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery details.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during standard delivery hours.
  • Notify us promptly of any delivery issues or damaged goods.
  • Follow all instructions provided with your testing kit to ensure sample integrity.

9. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to amend this Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
