Collect your sample
Follow the leaflet. A simple finger-prick at home, or visit one of our partner clinics for a venous draw.
- Morning, after an 8-hour fast (water is fine)
- Avoid heavy exercise for 24 hours before
- Pause biotin supplements (hair/nail vitamins) for 2 days
