How Vitall Check works

From order to action plan in 48 hours. Here's exactly what happens at each stage, what we need from you, and why the timing matters.

1

Order online

Choose your panel, pick collection method, and check out. Most orders ship same-day.

  • Order before 1pm Mon–Fri for next-day delivery
  • Free tracked delivery on every kit, both ways
  • Klarna available at checkout
2

Activate your kit when it arrives

When your kit lands, visit vitallcheck.co.uk/activate with your order number. We'll prep the lab side and have your results ready faster.

  • Takes 60 seconds
  • Capture biological details that affect result interpretation
  • Female + hormone panel? We'll ask about your cycle stage
3

Collect your sample

Follow the leaflet. A simple finger-prick at home, or visit one of our partner clinics for a venous draw.

  • Morning, after an 8-hour fast (water is fine)
  • Avoid heavy exercise for 24 hours before
  • Pause biotin supplements (hair/nail vitamins) for 2 days

4

Post your sample

Drop the pre-paid envelope in any post box. Tracking starts the moment it's scanned.

Post Monday to Thursday only. Samples in transit over the weekend can compromise some markers. Even though the lab is open Saturday, the postal weekend window can delay processing or affect quality.
5

Lab analyses your sample

Our UKAS-accredited partner laboratories process your sample using the same equipment and standards used by the NHS and private clinics.

  • UKAS-accredited, ISO 15189 standards
  • 24–48 hours from sample receipt to result
6

Plain-English results land in your portal

Within 48 hours, your secure portal updates with: an AI summary, every marker colour-coded by range, plain-English explanations, and a personalised lifestyle action plan.

  • AI summary: the headline takeaways
  • Vitall Point: what each group of markers means
  • Vitall Insight: lifestyle context and what to do next
  • Trend tracking when you re-test
